How is wait time calculated?
Your wait time is a dynamic estimate designed to give you the best possible forecast of when you will be seen. It depends on real time factors such as: your position in the queue, the number of patients ahead of you, and the average time the clinic is currently taking per patient. Since appointments can sometimes be quicker or take longer than expected, this estimate will update automatically.
Can I leave and return?
Absolutely! Once you are checked in within the app, you are free to wait wherever you feel most comfortable. We designed the system so you can run an errand, wait in your car, or relax somewhere nearby. Just make sure to check on your position in the queue through our website. We recommend you start heading back to the clinic when you have only a few people ahead of you to ensure you arrive on time.
What if I miss my turn?
We understand that things happen. If you miss your spot, our policy is designed to be fair to you and the other patients in the queue. Typically, there is a short grace period where your spot will be held for you. If you arrive after that period, speak to the front desk staff upon your arrival. In most cases, you will be able to check back into the queue at the earliest possible opening.
